Return Policy

We hope you love your Fitcleer purchase, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered. To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@fitcleer.com to request return authorization. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are not responsible for any return costs. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@fitcleer.com with a description and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned. This includes custom or personalized items such as made-to-order mirrors, as well as mirrors that have been used or installed. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your item, please reach out to us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have after obtaining return authorization, and then make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures your preferred item is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.

Declined Delivery Policy

If you decline delivery and the item is returned to us, you will be charged the full cost of the return shipping. This charge covers expenses such as packaging materials, shipping fees, handling, and administrative costs.

We understand unexpected circumstances can happen. If you must decline a delivery, contact us as soon as possible. Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a full product refund minus the return shipping fee.
